**Job Summary**

**Duties**

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and resolve any issues.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.
- Always follow food safety and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
