**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform industrial painting tasks on various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively, including rigs for lifting and moving materials.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in carpentry tasks as needed, contributing to overall project completion.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in industrial painting is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service experience is a plus, enhancing client interactions during projects.
