**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter at Tilia Builders, you will be responsible for executing carpentry tasks in various construction projects. Your expertise and craftsmanship will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.

2. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials, including wood, metal, and other construction materials, using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

3. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, trim, and moulding.

4. Construct, repair, and install furniture, cabinets, and built-in structures.

5. Install and repair flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile.

6. Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

8. Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior carpenters and apprentices.

10. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure smooth project coordination.

11. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and materials.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the residential or commercial construction industry.

2. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

3. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

4. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

5. Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials.

6. Experience in installing and repairing structures, fixtures, and furniture.

7. Solid understanding of building codes, safety guidelines, and regulations.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

10. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

11. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
