**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Engage in technology sales, showcasing the latest products to customers.
- Perform merchandising tasks to maintain an attractive store layout and display.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Maintain organized sales floor areas, ensuring products are well-stocked and accessible.
- Utilize effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-maintained.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
