Accuride is a Tier 1 Automotive Parts Manufacturing Plant in London Ontario.

This 480,000 square foot, highly-automated facility manufactures light, medium and heavy commercial vehicle steel wheels.

**Join our team as a Powerhouse Maintenance & Operator**
- **Operate and control**:

- Steam boilers, including burner management, combustion optimization, and water treatment.
- Compressed air systems, ensuring proper pressure and filtration.
- Cooling water systems, maintaining proper temperature and flow.
- **Monitor and maintain**:

- All gauges, meters, and alarms for key equipment.
- Fire protection systems, including pumps, sprinklers, and alarms.
- Wastewater treatment plant, performing routine checks and adhering to regulations.
- Gas-fired HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal climate control for the facility.
- **Troubleshoot and repair**:

- Boilers, pumps, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
- Steam piping, potable water, condensate return, coolant lines, and compressed air piping.
- Electrical components related to the powerhouse systems.
- Minor leaks and malfunctions in various equipment.
- **Perform preventive maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on all powerhouse equipment.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify potential issues before they occur.
- Keep detailed maintenance records and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Class 3 Stationary Engineer license or G1with plumber license**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and compliance

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HVAC and water treatment systems
- Bilingualism (English and French)
