## Job Summary

# Responsibilities
- Peeling, planing, sanding, staining and chinking of building logs.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials at the job site.
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks.
- Operate hand tools and other equipment as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

# Qualifications
- Prior experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.

[Additional Skills]
- Certification in operating machinery such as forklifts or skid steers is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic carpentry or plumbing is advantageous but not required.
