**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee records and compliance with relevant laws.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks desktop
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks desktop
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
