Junior Cybersecurity Program Coordinator

**Contract Length**: 12 months **Hours**: 37.5/weekly Our client is a leading energy utility that generates, purchases, distributes and sells electricity. They are currently looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Program Coordinator for their Vancouver location. **Overview**: Coordination and follow-ups in support of Policy Development and Review and Cybersecurity Awareness Program **Responsibilities**: - Follow up with stakeholders and coordinate in the process for policy development and review - Track and monitor documentation and stakeholder activities - Organize meetings and prepare meeting notes - Follow up on Cybersecurity Awareness Program activities - Other tasks assigned by Cybersecurity Governance and Performance team and other cybersecurity programs - Some previous exposure to Cybersecurity projects is not mandatory but a "nice to have". Other coordination related tasks as needed **Education and Skills** - College level program completion in Technology, Business, Communication or related discipline - Good working knowledge of project management principles - Advanced skills in MS Excel - Good communication skills for professional environment, written and spoken **Must haves**: - A minimum three (3) years of directly related work experience in a complex IT project environment or equivalent. - Basic IT computer related skills **Nice to have**: - Cybersecurity experience an asset - College level program completion in Technology, Business, Communication or related discipline an asset
