Junior Computer Tech/office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
1. Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support on hardware and software-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain office equipment such as computers, printers, and networking devices.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
4. Customer Service:
- Greet visitors and provide them with a hospitable and professional reception.
- Address inquiries and requests promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting individuals with their inquiries or technical difficulties.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration or information technology is a plus.
- Prior experience in a technical support or office administration role is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Require a criminal background check
- Minimum G2 license and own vehicle (transportation paid)
