We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and managerial skills.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Supervise and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Oversee merchandising and visual displays to maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as payroll processing, scheduling, and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to interview, train, and develop staff members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
