Full Speed Builders Ltd. is a Design-Build General Contractor specializing in commercial and industrial buildings. We are seeking a Siteworks Supervisor - Civil Superintendent to manage a civil crew onsite to install all services and sitework related to our projects. Our projects consist of commercial developments, small and large industrial warehouses, factories, car washes, mini storage facilities and general development.

Our company is owner operated, and owners are actively involved in all projects and decision making. We provide both on and offsite support to our field crews daily.

Salary range is negotiable based on specific previous experience.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Experience supervising a crew in a supervisor role.
- At least 5 years of experience in civil construction.
- Experience with efficient installation of a variety of utilities including storm, water, and sanitary services.
- Experience with following specifications or blueprints and coordinating layout with all facets of project.
- Ability to use GPS system for layout onsite.
- Ability to set grades.
- Cut/fill coordination on site.
- Incoming electrical duct banks and communication services.
- Parking lot lighting bases and underground conduit work.
- Setting of underground tanks, sealing of tank, and anchoring system.
- Storm water control above and underground systems.
- Supervising subtrades including curbing, paving, and landscaping etc.
- Knowledge of safe hoisting and rigging procedures.
- Effectively liaise with local municipalities, regulatory bodies, and utility providers to ensure smooth project approvals and execution.
- Ability to motivate and work as a team to complete projects in a safe and timely manner
- Physically fit and able to lift large weights and climb in and out of trenches, manholes, etc.
- Ability to work in the trenches and teach new crew members.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Highly organized and motivated to carry out a variety of duties (cleanup, assist civil crew, etc.)
- Monitor day to day operations of subcontractors, suppliers and oversee all onsite construction activities daily.
- Oversees the moving of equipment and crews daily to ensure the correct equipment and crew are onsite when required.
- Meet with field teams regularly to maintain open communications and ensure projects are proceeding correctly.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
- Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and collaborative working environment, reinforcing our company values.
- Prepare and maintain current as-built drawings and records.
- Keep records of underground locates organized and up to date throughout the duration of the project.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
