**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust pricing strategies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to retail operations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide ongoing training.
- Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and effective merchandising.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales management within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent recruiting skills with the ability to identify top talent for the team.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing paperwork and records.
- Experience in supervising staff while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and market analysis to drive business growth.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
