**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with product sales techniques, including upselling
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively.
