Budtender/ Supervisor

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our clientele.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and new arrivals to provide the best recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**Skills**
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; multilingual skills are a plus (e.g., French).
- Leadership qualities to assist in training new staff members as needed.
- Proficient in office tasks such as filing and record keeping.
- A passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to learn more about products and services offered.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
