**Who We Are**

At the academy, our day begins at 9:00 am and ends at 2:30 pm. The academy operates year round. We have a two-week break in spring and winter. In summer we close for 2 weeks early July and 3 weeks at the end of August/beginning September.

The Learning Centre typically operates from 2:45 - 5:15. The hours are based on student needs. It mostly stays open longer than the academy during the breaks.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are hiring Education Interventionists to support students at the Chrysta ABA Academy. If you are passionate about working with children and looking for creative ways to make learning fun, we’d love to meet with you.

**The Position**

The principles of ABA are our guiding force As an Education Interventionist your responsibilities will include:
Ÿ Supporting students with special needs:
Ÿ Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

Ÿ Teaching all of the skills in our program areas

Ÿ Contriving environments to motivate and reinforce target behaviors

Ÿ Collecting, monitoring and recording data

Ÿ Recording Daily Activities

**What we Offer**

We provide regular and ongoing training on implementing ABA strategies and techniques that build our students’ skills and learning and make a positive difference in their lives. You will learn best practices in the field of ABA under the guidance of our Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of like-minded staff who are passionate about making a difference every day.
