Pour notre boutique située à Premium Outlets, Mirabel, nous recherchons notre nouveau / elle Key Holder.

**Dans votre rôle vous serez en charge de**:

- Ouvrir et fermer du magasin
- Entretenir le point de vente
- Manager l'équipe: recrutement, formation, motivation et gestion des plannings
- Assurer le service client: répondre aux besoins de celui-ci
- Analyser les ventes grâce à l'utilisation des indicateurs de vente (KPI's).
- Bénéficiez d'une expérience minimum de 2 à 3 ans sur un poste de Key holder, Assistant Store Manager ou Store Manager dans le secteur du retail.
- Détenez des connaissances solides sur les indicateurs de performance (KPI's).
- Avez des compétences en termes de management
- Etes un/e excellent/e communicant/e
- Bonne connaissaince du Française et Anglais

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.25-$18.51 per hour
