**Job Description**:
In accordance with the Vision, Purpose, and Values, and strategic direction of the Vancouver Island Health Authority, patient safety is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at VIHA; as such, the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position.

Reporting to the Manager, Telehealth, the Telehealth Analyst is responsible for the development, deployment, operation and maintenance of new and existing Telehealth services, programs, and technologies in collaboration with clinical leaders, service and program managers and directors, physicians, and staff.

As an integral regional member of a multi-disciplinary team, the Telehealth Analyst works to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, accountability and sustainability of Telehealth services throughout VIHA programs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education, Training And Experience**:
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a degree in Health Information Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Science and five years' recent experience in project management, business and healthcare systems analysis and design, and the use of formal systems delivery methodologies.

- Demonstrated presentation, interviewing, and facilitating skills.
