We are hiring multiple Bartenders for our newly opened restuarant at 4208 Calgary Trail, BC.

**Duties**:

- Learn and build all cocktails by following our recipe’s, and ensuring consistency for every drink made
- Use great customer service skills to create amazing guest experiences for guests at the bar, and in the restaurant
- Ensure all bar equipment is in working order, such as draft lines, bar dishwasher, etc.
- Complete closing duties such as running closing reports, cashouts, and breaking down the bar
- Complete opening duties such as setting up the bar, setting up the floor, and prepping fruits and garnishes
- Takes inventory of and reconciles bar stock or corkage bar stock
- Informs the proper persons of supplies necessary for restocking, in writing, on the Bar Report
- Checks glassware for cleanliness before use
- Leaves the area in a clean condition and removes all dirty glassware from the kitchen
- Refrigerates juices and notes any breakage or spillage which has occurred;
**Qualification**:

- Completion of Grade 10 and a minimum age of 18 years required
- Must hold a valid Alberta Proserv license
- Technical training in a recognized bartending course is an asset
- Previous experience as a Bartender is an asset
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills are essential
- Strong customer service focus
- Accurate and accountable
- Tact and good verbal communication skills in English are required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
