The Opportunity:
O2E Brands is looking for a contract Business Analyst to join our growing team As part of the Business Technology department, you will be instrumental in aligning a Web Development team with targeted strategic objectives for the remainder of this calendar year. Working closely with a Product Manager, you'll translate business needs for development teams and provide support throughout the development lifecycle.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office up to 25% of time.
A Day in the Life:
- Working alongisde a Product Manager, you convert a high-level targeted release plan into a prioritized and actionable backlog for development teams.
- Partner with a variety of internal teams to gather, manage and translate requirements in user stories for development teams.
- Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from clarification during implementation, through to quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- You will lead grooming sessions with development teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Prepare a variety of business analysis and project documentation including release notes.
- Maintain teams focus on the underlying business needs/capabilities, ensuring teams are minimize time to value and maximizing test and learn opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in Business
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven operator in requirements gathering and management
- Strong communicator with a 'seek to understand' approach
- Strong Experience working with and leading agile development teams
- Strong attention to detail, and able to rapidly adapt thinking to new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Experience with the Drupal platform and/or ecommerce is an asset
