**Job Overview**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the production team on heavy-duty work.
- Clean the floor and immediate work areas.
- Staging the material for the production team.
- Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane & load/unload the trucks.
- Able to demonstrate compliance with company safety procedures and legal obligations.
- Other duties as aligned by lead hand & supervisor.
- Be able to lift, carry and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Experience working on an industrial construction site.
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- Must be organized, self-driven, and can understand and execute oral and written instructions.
- Able to work with their hands and safely operate power tools and equipment run by gasoline, diesel, electricity, and compressed air.
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor and use of hands and tools.
- Following safe work and quality policies and procedures
- Take instructions from the immediate Supervisor to complete tasks as outlined daily

**Qualifications**:

- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Able to use power tools.
- Able to work in tight spaces and confined spaces.
- Able to read and understand orders and complete basic paperwork.
- Industrial laborer experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Protective Equipment is mandatory includes steel toed boots, earplugs, respiratory protection and safety glasses.
