**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing role; experience in a woodworking environment is an asset.
- Proficiency in set up and operating CNC woodworking machines to perform precision machining operations. - specifically, Shoda: Fanuc control, Onstrud: PC based, Weeke: Preprinting PC based control.
- Great attendance is a critical requirement.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic Math skills - ability to measure and calculate.
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks software for programming CNC machines.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete sub-assembly of customer kits.
- Ensure parts are built to print within tight tolerances.
- Measure and mark part layouts.
- Using tape measures and calipers.
- Using table saws, drill presses, hand tools, etc., to assist in making parts for customers.
- Assemble parts together using glue and other adhesives.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
