**Overview**Responsibilities**:
**Formwork Layout and Installation**:

- Lay out concrete forms and pins for the required pieces that will be poured, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Supervise and participate in the installation and removal of concrete forms, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Train, mentor, and develop direct reports to build a strong and cohesive team.
- Provide guidance and support to crew members, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

**On-Site Coordination**:

- Perform on-site coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and parts room to order materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and availability.

**Project Management**:

- Coordinate with supervisors for document inspections on completed work, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Create and submit electronic timesheets in a timely manner to accurately track labor hours and project costs.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Report incidents, injuries, and near misses, and participate in the investigative process to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

**Qualification**
- Minimum of 5+ years of flatworks forming experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
- Thorough understanding of construction procedures and safety practices.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean current driver's abstract.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

**Work Environment and Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to work long hours and weekends as required.
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean current driver's abstract.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks associated with concrete forming work.
