The multidisciplinary Production Services Team works to maintain and improve the company's operational processes, methods, equipment and infrastructure, integrating the aspects of safety, quality, reliability, productivity and organizational strategy. We are currently looking for a leader to coordinate the team's activities in our effort to improve equipment reliability.

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you are responsible for coordinating maintenance, project and equipment replacement services. You supervise, plan, organize and manage all activities. You manage human, subcontractor, material and financial resources related to maintenance and projects. You act as a leader for the team to promote effective asset management. You are the driving force that brings the team into the air of equipment reliability.

YOUR ROLE:

- Be committed and aware of overall operations and the impact on equipment reliability;- Develop, plan and review equipment and fixed asset maintenance plans and monitor them;
- Participate in the development of equipment and infrastructure projects;
- Be the technical resource for development, redevelopment and equipment acquisition projects and evaluate their costs;
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of means guaranteeing the reliability of equipment;
- Coordinate and prepare preventive, predictive interventions and planned shutdowns.
- Make purchases, monitor them and control inventories.
- Emergency shutdown support

Required qualifications
- Good knowledge of industrial maintenance and CMMS operations.
- Good analytical and teamwork skills.
- Good ability to speak and write in French and English.

Terms:
Day job, weekdays, full time.

2 weeks vacation.

5 days, 40 hours, flexible. (Depending on 24/7 operation support.)

3% RRSP participation

$32/ hr depending on experience

12 holidays + (2 floating / Illnesses.)

Group insurance. 100% by the Company.
