Shop Coordinator

As our Shop Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for parts and service coordination. You don’t need to be a seasoned foreman — just organized, proactive, and ready to keep the shop humming.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Ordering and picking up parts** for fleet repairs and maintenance
- **Assisting mechanics** with parts sourcing and basic shop support
- **Coordinating third-party service providers** for specialized fleet work (e.g., welding, tire service, diagnostics)
- **Tracking parts orders and service timelines** to avoid delays
- **Maintaining records** of purchases, service calls, and fleet maintenance needs
- **Communicating with vendors and suppliers** to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and support a busy shop team
- Experience in parts ordering, fleet maintenance, or oilfield operations is a plus — but not required

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
