**Job description**

HOME STAGING and DESIGN ASSISTANT

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack required inventory for stages and styling
- Load and unload truck
- Drive van
- Stage and style locations
- Hang artwork and mirrors
- Manage inventory at warehouse
- De-staging
- Consultations with seller/agent
- Vacant property visits and measuring
- Coordinating jobs

Qualifications:

- Experience not required but an asset.
- An eye for design and space planning is necessary
- Strong people skills
- Team player
- Able to work solo
- Problem solver
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs on a daily basis
- Your own vehicle
- Basic operation of tools for hanging and assembly
- Cell phone

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday (occasional evening and weekend)

License:

- Must have own vehicle and a clean driving record

Compensation:

- $20.00-25.00/start
- approximately 20hr/week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- driver: 5 years (preferred)
- delivery driver: 2 years (preferred)
- driving: 5 years (preferred)
- Moving: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
