Mature and available to work throughout the year - Open to High school students / after school. - Must have reliable transportation to and from location - Self starter with time management and organizational skills - Literacy skills - reading, writing and oral. Excellent communications skills - Works well independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision. - Self -motivated, honest, capable of working in a fast pace environment - Flexible, efficient and punctual - Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position. - Must have the ability to withstand extensive standing, walking, squatting, kneeling and stairs - Flexible attitude towards scheduling, set rotation but can change if needed. - Must be able to lift at least 25lbs - Keen eye for detail, "looking out side of the box." - Duties include but are not limited to: mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, moving of furniture, washing and drying of in house linens. - Collecting and receiving laundry, sorting in laundry for in house washing and out sourced linens. Folding and stocking linens in treatment rooms. - Afternoon shifts (3pm-7pm)(3pm-8pm) - Saturday shifts (7am-3pm) *closed on all statutory holidays **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: From $17.20 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 4 hour shift - Evening shift - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - Carleton Place, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-07-12
