**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist retail and internal customers (service department, technicians) with parts inquiries, sales, and orders.
- Identify correct parts using Honda and OEM electronic parts catalogs.
- Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and help coordinate special orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Support the Service Department to ensure timely repair completion through accurate and efficient parts supply.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and storage area.
- Stay updated on Honda product knowledge, parts promotions, and dealership procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive parts, retail, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and terminology (Honda experience an asset).
- Proficiency with computers, with the ability to quickly learn dealership management and electronic parts catalog systems.
- Experience using PBS or other dealership management software (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to retail and internal clients.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

**Preferred (Senior-Level Consideration)**
- 3+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in a dealership environment.
- OEM-specific knowledge (Honda/Acura preferred).
- Familiarity with inventory control, warranty parts handling, and special-order processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or efficiency targets in parts operations.
- Ability to mentor or train junior staff.

**Additional Assets**
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or other dealer management systems in addition to PBS.
