Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the Canadian market.
- Analyze data and industry reports to make data-driven decisions for marketing and sales strategies.
2. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the Canadian market.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and advertisements.
3. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, track sales data, and provide regular reports to the management team.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, implementing improvements when necessary.
5. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services to clients.
6. Performance Metrics:
- Set and meet sales targets and KPIs, tracking and reporting on progress.
- Continuously assess and improve sales and marketing strategies based on performance data.
7. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Compliance:
- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and compliance standards within the Canadian market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the Canadian market.
- Strong understanding of Canadian market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Canadian citizenship or valid work authorization in Canada (if applicable).
