**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The French Bilingual Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**
As a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support.
- Be a ‘brand ambassador’ for SharkNinja products by promoting the brand and building loyalty through excellent customer interactions
- Understand the impact they have on the customer’s perception of the SharkNinja brand
- Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits to improve product experiences
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
- Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
- French Bilingual only
- $22.50/hour
- High School or University
- Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work in Windows environment
