**IT Enterprise Solution Lead (SAP Platform Enablement)**

Annual salary: $ 127,900.00 - 161,800.00

**Position Highlights**
The SAP Platform Enablement Lead is a senior technical position responsible for leading the SAP Basis team. This includes
planning, coordination, and implementation of all changes including performance analysis, capacity planning, architecture,
drive innovation and value.

**What you'll do**
- Working within the Enterprise Solutions team, manages the operations and evolution of the SAP technical environment as

part of the SAP Technology Team.
- Provides expert-level architecture and capability advice to projects and other initiatives.
- Drives and maintains landscape strategy including landscape design, change management, disaster recovery, and high

availability strategies.
- Participates in building business cases and investment justifications.
- Analyzes complex problems and works with both internal and external sources to build and schedule appropriate SAP

landscape solutions.
- Ensures production system availability and leads resolution of high-severity incidents.
- Accountable for implementation and adoption of standards, processes, methodologies and tools in support of operations

and projects.
- Works with other SAP leads to prioritize work and estimate work.
- Assigns work to team members and oversees delivery. Provides hands-on support when needed.
- Keeps abreast of current standards, technologies, and methodologies and adjusts BC Hydro’s SAP strategy and roadmap

accordingly.
** What you bring**
- Graduated with a Degree in Computer Science/engineering or equivalent recognized by Canadian universities.
- 10+ years of progressive SAP experience in a dynamic environment including IT leadership positions.
- Strong SAP technical design and problem-solving skills combined with hands-on experience in S/4HANA is required.
- A track record of success working on large, cloud-based SAP-related initiatives.
- Proven ability to confidently lead teams and provide direction to achieve successful SAP operations and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills and ability to drive strategy and change.
- Self-starter with proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with varying degrees of complexity and priority.
- Knowledge in the following areas is required:

- Technology road mapping to align SAP platform evolution with business goals.
- S/4HANA administration, sizing, performance tuning, and high availability strategies.
- SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Build Work Zone, and Cloud ALM.
- SAP Cloud Connector
- SAP Identity and Access Management
- SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and change control
- SAP landscape management including refreshes and upgrades
- Database administration for Oracle, HANA, MS SQL
- Disaster recovery strategies in cloud-based environments
- Certifications in the following areas are preferred:

- SAP S/4HANA System Administration
- SAP S/4HANA Upgrades
