This skilled individual would ideally have a minimum of 10 years of experience in troubleshooting and small to medium deck installation and repairs to support the growth of our business. **Responsibilities**

The Deck Installer / Repairer performs and coordinates the installation, repair and service of decks in a residential and light commercial setting. You must have experience as a deck installer/repairer, and you must have a positive attitude.
- Install, maintain and repair installed existing decks and related structures.
- Work with and understand blueprints, schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft and in accordance with safety and building codes.
- Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
- Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues and present a description of a work order to a customer.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a current Driver's License and submit to a background check
- Must have tools, vehicle and good references
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Independent Contractors must carry liability insurance and WSIB clearance
- Must carry a relevant license
- Must pass the screening process
- Must have a smartphone and access to the internet
