We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. If you are reliable and hard-working, take pride in a job well done and have at least 5 years of skilled trade, carpentry or construction experience please contact us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete tenant fit ups, special projects and repairs/maintenance as needed
- Construction including framing (steel/wood), drywall, demolition
- Finish carpentry including drop ceilings, trim. baseboard, casing doors and frames
- Read and interpret drawings, plan execution and determine material needs
- Coordinate with other trades as needed

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years construction industry experience
- Works well in a team environment or independently
- Willing to take on unfamiliar tasks and learn through on the job training
- Understanding of building codes and systems
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete, roofing, steel siding is an asset
- Work at heights and Fall Arrest training is an asset
- Valid drivers license

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
