The team at Royal East Dental are looking to add a new D**ental Receptionist/Administrator**on a full-time/part time basis. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Patient Recall and managing schedule
- Assist with collecting and monitoring performance metrics
- Assist with managing the social media profile
- Treatment planning, present treatment plans to patients, discuss financials
- Insurance breakdowns and submission
- Support management of account receivables and account payables
- Perform all administrative duties necessary to ensure that dental practice is running smoothly.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset

Certification
CPR training
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
