Richardson Industrial Finishers Ltd. is an industry leader in the powder coating and sandblasting space. Our company spray protective powder coatings, as well as performs abrasive blasting services to a vast array of industries.

We strive to provide high quality, long lasting, and durable coatings that increase product life cycle and reduce maintenance costs. Our facility boasts some of the most advanced equipment in the industry, allowing us to consistently deliver some of the highest quality, longest lasting finishes available.

We are looking for eager, motivated, open minded, friendly and learning oriented team members
- Production line Loading
- Production line Unloading

Experience within a powder coating facility not required but considered an added bonus.
- Have a strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Be capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted
- Be able to work in a team or independently
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Be able to consistently improve themselves and their work
- Be able to work on foot for extended periods of time
- Be able to work in a team enviroment

Overall Responsibilities may also include:

- Load or unload parts on a moving conveyor according to instructions
- Carry out basic in process quality and testing checks
- Safely and securely package finished goods for shipment
- Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
- Maintain work areas and equipment
- Consistently improve their work processes

**Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and 5S is high sought after.**

**Hours of operation**:
**Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm & Friday 7:30am-12:30-2:00pm**

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
