We are recruiting for a task adjuster for a non-road member of the Casualty Field Team. The task adjuster role will involve investigating and evaluating Casualty claims in accordance with Aviva's procedures and philosophy.

What you’ll do:
- Interpret and confirm insurance coverage- Investigate and evaluate Casualty claims which arise from Automobile and CGL policies- Manage task assignments/investigations within the region- Complete recorded statements over-the-phone and possibly in-person- Coordinate and complete task assignments from your desk- Proactively manage communication with our customers and stakeholders- Clearly document and summarize file activity- Understand and support Aviva’s claim procedures and guidelines

What you’ll bring:
- 3 plus years of experience handling Casualty claims- University degree or equivalent- CIP or working towards CIP- Bilingual French and English is a strong asset- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong working knowledge of Personal and Commercial liability claims- Exceptional written and oral communication skills- Well-developed organizational skills- Strong ability to be flexible in your approach, adaptable to the customers’ needs and show utmost integrity- Committed team player with a positive outlook and sense of humor
