**Overview**

We are currently seeking two motivated and reliable Construction Labourers to join our crew. You’ll work closely and directly under the owner to complete a wide variety of residential and strata-based projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and contributing to a close-knit team.

**Responsibilities**
- Support skilled trades on jobs such as framing, demolition, siding, fencing, decking, and renovations
- Assist with site setup, clean-up, and organization
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Perform general labour tasks, including digging, lifting, cutting, and measuring
- Follow health and safety protocols and company procedures

**Qualifications**
- Previous construction or labour experience is required
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
- Safety training (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection) is an asset but can be provided
- Has basic tools, including a tool belt, hammer, tape measure, etc
- Criminal Record check

**What We Offer**
- $25-33 hourly wage based on experience
- Opportunity for full-time hours and career growth as we expand
- Exposure to a variety of project types—no two days are the same
- Supportive and down-to-earth crew

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
