The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and managing projects in a manufacturing environment tailored to custom engineered flow equipment for the mining, oilsands, and oil and gas industries around the world. The scope of this role includes:

The Job Description includes:

- Process and manage sales orders and work orders
- Create and organize technical documentation packages
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis (both written and verbal)
- Take ownership of the role and responsibility for tasks
- Coordinate logistics and shipping documentation
- Maintain up-to-date information in ERP and CRM
