Position: GTA Driver/Warehouse Assistant - Temporary Contract full-time position

**What’s The Role?**

We are looking for an organized and physically fit person to be our GTA Driver and Warehouse Assistant.

You will be delivering and picking up merchandise around the GTA. As our driver, you are the face of our company to our customers and suppliers; therefore, you must be professional, patient and courteous. At times, you will also be required to work in our warehouse, where duties could include shipping/receiving, picking/packing, and general cleanup.

**What Will You Do?**
- Load prepared orders into our company van at loading dock, outside building.
- Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures.
- Plan routes and delivery times.
- Exercise good judgment and attention to detail when delivery problems arise. Contact office for additional assistance when needed.
- Follow instructions carefully and accurately.
- Notify supervisor of any vehicle maintenance issues.
- Check in/out with supervisor.
- Maintain a professional manner and appearance.
- Provide amazing customer service.
- Help keep all areas, including vehicle, clean and organized, with garbage removed each day.
- Warehouse duties as assigned through our Project Manager.
- Contribute ideas and have a positive impact on our business.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a MUST
- Must have a valid G class license and a cellphone.
- Self-directed: able to work independently with high standards and mínimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Map/GPS reading
- Able to lift and move up to 50lbs
- Ability to drive all day
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work on and with a team
- ALWAYS presentable, reliable and punctual
- Previous experience is a plus. Must be comfortable driving a van on our busy GTA highways.

**Salary**: $20 per hour

License: Valid G Class (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
