**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment as directed.
- Perform pre-operational checks and regular maintenance on the crane to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and other team members to coordinate lifting and moving activities.
- Monitor crane operations to ensure compliance with load limits and other safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including daily logs and maintenance reports.
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of the crane as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the crane.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A ticket for Tower crane
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid crane operator certification and relevant licenses.
- Proven experience as a tower crane operator in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of crane operations, safety protocols, and load limits.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and load charts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
