The **Material Review Board (MRB) Coordinator** supports the process of reviewing, analyzing, and dispositioning non-conforming materials or products and supports their closure.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage non-conformance tickets in the ERP system with the information supplied from various teams, including suppliers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide additional information as required to support the closure of actions on open non-conformances.
- Follow-up with responsible parties for timely closure of non-conformances.
- Complete necessary ERP transaction to close non-conformance and move material/products in and out of quarantine locations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the technical information required for dispositioning and traceability of components.
- Organize and maintain the quarantine areas throughout the production lines.
- Ensure that non-conforming inventory/WIP is properly controlled.
- Work with Production and/or Supply Chain to release/dispose of product/material from quarantine.
- Support Identification and input direct and root cause for non-conformances to assist in data analysis and non-conformance KPIs.

**You have**:

- Post secondary certificate or degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- One or more years of experience working with quality control or non-conforming product environment (preferred working within a Material Review board team in manufacturing).
- Previous experience with electronic or cloud-based non-conformance management, tickets and associated technical writing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize at the task level according to top level company objectives.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence and drive for results in a matrixed working environment.
- Good understanding of computing tools and programs, including MS office suite.
- Good understanding of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with composite, general machining, finishing and assembly processes, an asset.
- Knowledge and experience in root cause/corrective action analysis tools (5 whys, Ishikawa, etc.) an asset.
