**Here's what you'd do**:

- The Shipper & Receiver are facility-specific and will organize and supervise the flow of finished goods from the plant.
- Maintain and control clients' stock of finished goods and packaging supplies.
- Receive materials and products into the plant and office, verifying packing slip accuracy.
- Ensure product is stored in an orderly to achieve FIFO inventory rotation best.
- The Shipper and receiver will report to the Materials Manager.
- Prepare shipping documents and dispatch shipments of parts/products by customer releases and courier requests from other departments.
- Receive incoming packaging returned from the customer and store it neat and orderly.
- Fashion.
- Responsible for maintaining an inventory count of packaging and identifying and segregating damaged packaging.
- Ensure that all pertinent safety regulations regarding the safe operation of a Lift Truck and secure handling of materials are adhered to.
- Keep all finished goods in stock areas organized and neat and manage stock rotation.
- Keep packaged material storage areas organized and neat.
- Perform audits on finished goods and components to verify inventory as needed.
- Perform data entry in the computer as needed.
- Perform inventory counts of packaging material and stock inventory at suppliers as needed.
- Responsible for performing in-house finished goods and component inventory as needed.
- Responsible for auditing the condition of each load of finished goods to ensure that trucks are loaded correctly.

**Required Skills / Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Shipping & Receiving, Material
- Minimum of 3 years experience with lean concepts/tools such as VMI, Vending Machine Management, Kanban, JIT and Kaizen
- Minimum of 3 years experience with CMS an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.89-$24.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Shipping/Receiving: 3 years (required)
- ERP or MPR: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
