**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Listen attentively to customer requirements.
- Provide product information, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
- Process sales orders accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems.
- Handle various payment methods (cash, credit, account charges) and reconcile daily transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter.
- Resolve customer issues, product returns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate inventory and smooth operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a counter sales role an asset**.**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with professional tradespeople.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including POS software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and handling cash.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
- Familiarity with local market needs and common HVAC brands is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
