We are growing our team, as the **Marketing Specialist **you will beresponsible for all marketing efforts for INNOVA ensuring alignment with business strategy and direction with a focus on digital and web content, including social media management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and managing digital content for the INNOVA and S4OPTIK websites
- Managing INNOVA’s social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Collaborating with graphic designers to create graphics/designs for our marketing initiatives
- Marketing analytics (website, social media, promotions/campaigns)
- Sales team support - providing additional product and promotional information, as well as keeping sales tools up to date
- Administrative duties (training, account registrations, customer inquiries)
- Build, test and execute internet marketing campaigns
- Continuously monitor marketing programs for accuracy, efficiency and results
- Collaborate with other marketing staff to integrate and complement marketing strategies across multiple sales channels
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, communication or a related discipline
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on internet marketing
- Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish - French an asset) both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of internet marketing principles and practices
- Ability to multi-task and deliver tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent writing skills, and experience writing advertising scripts
