**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated CCA to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients. Located in the heart of the community, this role is vital in ensuring that our patients receive the support they need to thrive. As a CCA at Safe Umbrella Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Support clients in following their care plans as outlined by healthcare professionals
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Uphold the values and mission of Safe Umbrella Healthcare in all interactions.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a CCA or relevant experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
- Basic understanding of health care regulations and standards.
