**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards, including restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and supply inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests from staff or clients.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in custodial practices and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
- Previous experience in cleaning service is a plus, enhancing interactions with clients.
