We are looking to hire **Application Solutions Analyst** to join our team, based out of our **Calgary**branch. The Application Solutions Analyst position reports to the Manager, Application Solutions. This client-facing position will develop and support Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) solutions for various business groups throughout the organization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) solutions with SharePoint lists and on-prem SQL server databases primarily used as backend data sources.
- Conduct and/or participate in business process mapping and gap analysis sessions for various lines of business.
- Elicit and prioritize user requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for deployed solutions.
- Provide technical and operational support for deployed Power Platform solutions.
- Create and maintain solution documentation.

**BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in computer science, information systems, computer programming or a related field or Extensive experience developing Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) solutions.
- Experience developing Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) solutions.
- Experience working directly with clients in eliciting and understanding processes, pain points, needs and wants.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, often ambiguous environment.
- Available for occasional after-hours and weekend support.
