**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in accordance with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships and support each child's growth.
- Utilize computerized systems for record-keeping and tracking children's progress.
- Manage classroom activities while ensuring the needs of all children are met
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Maintain organized classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to promote positive social interactions.

**Requirements**:

- A valid RECE certification (Must be in good standing)
- Experience working with children in a preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to effectively balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom environment.
- Ability to educate children with diverse learning needs, including special education requirements.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and team members.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
