We are seeking a Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, and overseeing the parts department. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Duties:

- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure that parts are ordered in a timely manner
- Track parts, materials and job costing on management system
- Track back ordered parts and keep involved staff up to date on status
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored
- Maintain accurate records of all parts received and returned
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Some driving required, a valid G licence in good standings required
