Responsabilités
- Fournir une gamme de services de coiffure, y compris des coupes de cheveux, des rasages à la lame droite et des tailles de barbe.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et préférences.

Expérience
- Compétences solides en techniques de barbier.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les clients.
- Une expérience dans les opérations de réception ou le service client est un atout.
- La familiarité avec les ventes au détail et les stratégies de vente incitative est un atout.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, straight blade shaves and beard trims.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that meet clients’ grooming needs.
- Upsell additional services or products to maximize client experience and salon revenue.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, fades, and grooming practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Experience in front desk operations or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail sales and upselling strategies is advantageous.

Pay: $16.10-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
