Position Overview:
Join the Finning family Finning Canada is seeking a Parts Journeyperson to join our busy Cores & Credits department in Edmonton. Duties include processing new/unused returns from customers or the service department, inspecting cores for return and/or warranty claims to CAT. The ability to maintain professionalism in communication with customers and various groups within Finning with regards to returns.

**Job Description**:
- Processing Customer New/Unused returns- Inspecting cores for return and/or warranty claims to CAT- Inspecting and processing CAT cores returned from customers and the service department.- Processing new/unused customer and shop returns.- Processing warranty returns and claims to CAT- Processing major exchange core returns to OEM in Cubiq- Communicate professionally with customers and various groups within Finning with regards to returns to be processed or related concerns.- Other related duties as required.
Other functions may include but are not limited to:
- NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts- Procurement of non-CAT parts- Managing backordered parts
**Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement**
Qualifications:
- Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledge- A high performance, positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships- Ability to deal with difficult situations- Computer literacy with applicable software knowledge along with shop parts experience- Experience with SIS, AIMS, Antares, SIMSi, InfoCast, Lawson M3, Landmark Smart Office, M3 Sales Automation and the MS Office Package will be considered assetsNote:
